- 1 Pound
- frozen pizza dough
- 3 Tablespoon
- olive oil
- 2 Clove
- garlic, chopped
- 1/2
- onion, chopped
- 1/4
- red bell pepper, diced
- 1/2
- Tomatoes, sliced
- As Needed
- dried oregano
- As Needed
- black pepper

Steps
- Step 1 - Unthaw dough according to the package's directions. Coat the cake pan with non-stick spray and place the dough in pan and form crust. Drizzle 2 tbsp. of olive oil on the dough. - Ingredients- 1 Pound frozen pizza dough 
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil 
 
- Step 2 - Spread garlic, onion, and red pepper on dough, making sure to leave the crust uncovered. - Ingredients- 2 Clove garlic, chopped 
- 1/2 onion, chopped 
- 1/4 red bell pepper, diced 
 
- Step 3 - Place tomatoes on top of the crust, and drizzle remaining olive oil on top. Finish with oregano and pepper. - Ingredients- 1/2 Tomatoes, sliced 
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil 
- As Needed dried oregano 
- As Needed black pepper 
 
- Step 4 - When ready to cook, start the Traeger grill on Smoke with the lid open until the fire is established (4 to 5 minutes). Set the temperature to 450F and preheat, lid closed, for 10 to 15 minutes. - 450 ˚F / 232 ˚C 
- Step 5 - Cook for 30 minutes. The crust should be firm to the touch and golden. Enjoy! - 00:30 - 450 ˚F / 232 ˚C
