Bourbon BBQ Chicken Kabobs

Let this smoky and sweet bourbon marinade work its magic on chicken overnight, then skewer that bird and grill up on the Traeger for a juicy and flavorful meal.

- chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1/2 Cup
- 1/2 Cup
- 1/4 Cup
- bourbon
- 2 Tablespoon
- honey
- 1 Teaspoon
- garlic, minced
- 1 Teaspoon
- onion powder

Steps
- Step 1 - Add the chicken, Traeger Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce, Traeger Apricot BBQ Sauce, bourbon, honey, garlic, and onion powder to a resealable bag. Massage to coat the chicken, then seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours, or overnight. - Ingredients- 3 Pound chicken breasts, cut into 1 inch cubes 
- 1/2 Cup Traeger Texas Spicy BBQ Sauce 
- 1/2 Cup Traeger Apricot BBQ Sauce 
- 1/4 Cup bourbon 
- 2 Tablespoon honey 
- 1 Teaspoon garlic, minced 
- 1 Teaspoon onion powder 
 
- Step 2 - When ready to cook, set the Traeger temperature to 450°F and preheat with the lid closed for 15 minutes. - 450 ˚F / 232 ˚C 
- Step 3 - Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers. 
- Step 4 - Place the skewers directly on the grill grates toward the front of the grill. Close the lid and cook until starting to char, 2-3 minutes, then move to the center of the grill and cook until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165°F, 8-10 minutes more. - 00:13 - 450 ˚F / 232 ˚C - 165 ˚F / 74 ˚C 
- Step 5 - Serve hot. Enjoy!
